You Glow Girl Collection

Our 'SHINE' Girl Workshops are designed for Pre-tween Girls (8 – 11 yrs). In this full day workshop, we will explore identity, strengths, friendship, resilience, growth mindset and gratitude through active games, art/craft, drama, vibrant discussion and group work. We also have an awesome guided meditation session and the girls get to experience a beautiful and serene relaxation activity. Facilitated by Syndi Grambau - Qualified Mental Health Practitioner. All instructors are experts in their field and hold First Aid training, Police Clearance and Working With Children Checks.  Please note that our COVID-19 Plan is in place, to enable us to operate according to Government requirements.
